Principle of Operation

LCDM long-bag low-pressure pulse dust collector is mainly composed of upper-enclosure, middle-enclosure, ash hopper, discharge system and control system and other several parts, and adopts the structure of inlet chamber. Dusty gas enters into the hopper from inlet via middle-enclosure, part of the larger dust particles naturally settle down in ash hopper due to the inertia collision. Other small dust particles rise with the air currents entering into the different rooms. After purification, dust is trapped on external surface of the filter bag.The purified air is finally discharged into the atmosphere by induced draft fan passing from inner filter bag via the mouth, upper-enclosure.
